Linda Borne is Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for McDermott.

In this role, Linda leads the Human Resources (HR) function and drives strategic initiatives that support a positive work experience for our people. Linda joined McDermott 35 years ago and has extensive knowledge in HR specializing in recruiting, talent and organizational development, compensation and benefits, HR information systems and mobility.

Since joining McDermott, Linda has progressed from Associate HR Generalist to Vice President, Human Resources. Throughout her tenure, she has served in project and corporate roles including HR Manager at the Morgan City, Louisiana Fabrication, Marine and Shipyard Facility, HR Lead for Americas, Europe and Africa, HR Lead for Oracle HCM implementation, HR Lead for the Onshore business line and Vice President, HR Operations over all business lines.
 
Linda is a member of several leadership organizations, including Evanta and Houston CHRO Community.
 
Linda earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nicholls State University, Thibodaux, Louisiana.
